Hi everybody, I was a bit hit and miss yesterday as was out most of the day.
Only caught up in the late evening so not sure how many fish were delivered
A lot of action late evening with two fish being delivered by Odin and EJ, two chicks managed to hog them and I believe the Middle one was left out. EJ then delivered a whale of a fish a bit later on and the Middle one had some. Couldn't quite tackle the head so started from furter down. Then EJ flew in and started feeding it. It eventually left like the other two. EJ has stayed on the nest now for well over an hour.
I'll leave you with this pic of her before she flies away for the night.Happy viewing, night shift, see you all in the moning.

I’m not sure of parental strategy now where feeding is concerned. I would have thought they’d want to fatten the family up since they’ll lose so much weight on their migration. Good night to you all - I had a very long ‘wake’ period in the night last night so I’m going to try and make up for it now.

EJ flew in with a fish and Titch? grabbed it from her although there was some sibling rivalry over it at first. Both have now got a fish and are tucking in. Don't know where the Middle chick is??
E J arrives with large fish and was attacked by both chicks one was still eating the Odin fish but I think it thought E J was going to take it from him . Now third chick has arrived , What happens now??
Middle one has just flown in and is looking as to whether he can pinch some, but I don't think so, they are both eating away at their prizes. Oh well Middle, hope you have the end bits if nothing else. Now he is shouting for some.
EJ arrived with a fish. Both chicks go for it and the chick with the original fish attacks EJ quite strongly when it realised the other chick had the new fish. The 3rd chick is now on the nest calling loudly. I am not going to try and ID.
Just looked in and there are two juves each with a fish, how did that happen?
By the look of it the one on the left looks like an Odin sized fish and the one on the right more like one of EJ's. Third youngster flies in and is not happy.
#2 fishless at the back, #1 has the big fish on the right, so has to be Titch with the other one to the left.
#2 nicked a bit of #1's fish!!
Middle one looks dejected but is trying to pinch some from Titch. Titch is having none of it, But yes,he's managed to get a tidy morsel and is tucking into it.
Middle says where did that go, it didn't last long and was trying to get some more from Titch, to no avail
