The silence is deafening, not least because we haven't even had sound* for a week or two, let alone an osprey on the nest.
*This is to reduce demand on the bandwidth, along with turning off the Feeder cam stream. It seems that the reason for the reduced bandwidth cannot yet be fathomed.
But who knows what the month of May will bring? First-time returners are due and there are reports of ospreys flying up thru the country. Hang in here, everyone!

Thank you Scylla. And, ''Hear hear'' Patily , I'm with you
Good morning everyone, thank you Scylla. It will be stroke of extreme luck if I catch a sighting of an osprey on here due to the lack of sound, such a disappointment they don't seem to be able to restore it. Come on you youngsters time to come in.
That's what really brought me down, JANE (the lack of sound).
On an up-note - we had a Willow Warbler this morning. On a down note, it was singing but we couldn't hear it :'( You're supposed to be able to see its beak open/closed ;)
Its little voice can be heard HERE.
Then another WW, I think, but it stayed on the left edge and disappeare down under.
At almost the same time, I Great Tit appeared and put on a better display ;)
That's all I've found up to 14:00.
I'm logging off for a while.
After multi manual refreshes it just refreshed itself back up. I hope it's still on the right stream.
