Continued from April 2019
The season so far:
Maya arrived back 14 March and Blue 33(11) on 23 March. They are currently incubating 4 eggs laid 2, 5, 8 and 11 April with the first expected to hatch around 9 May

#4 has got itself back up between the two older chicks and getting a few bits of fish
and more for #4.
An older chick turns away and #4 continues to be fed.

cam keeps going down but #4 appears to be doing OK this feed
Edit: 13:50 Maya finishing off the fish and is offering. #4 not interested and snoozing so it must be full :-)
33 first brings a stick and then a clump of straw which he places in the middle of the nest and then ......
gets comfy :-D
33 flew off returning with a fish!
Maya takes it and 33 flies off. The chicks line up
#4 in front and gets fish
still in line and being fed
15:30 all looking very civilised and #4 still getting fish with the others
15:43 #3 turns away full and after being tempted to one last bit, #4 wobbles off, stuffed full and joins its siblings.
During a miraculous moving picture session I found a bonking session - #3 vs #4? One attacked the other (all the others, by the look of it, but ended up on one) and got back more than it bargained for ;-D
Just a shortie:
I can't drag 'n drop snaps any more. I wonder if "they" have disabled it due to the hugeness... ???
IMAGICAT
Well captured Scylla .... I wasn't watching at 15:59, your vid time, but wouldn't have expected that so soon after a feed. Looks like #1 and #2 to me for very wisely, #3 and #4 move out the way and get curled up keeping themselves out of harms way. #1 and #2, I suppose being same age for they within hatched hours of each other, will battle for supremacy! My DnD is fine for captures - perhaps the issue is with vids?
I'm off for the night now ... BFN
I'm now uploading the bonking snaps via the Insert box with dimensions wiped out.
Massive blurry snaps deleted.
Now to see what they look like - they're so HUGE in the RF page I can only see a fuzzy blown-up section.
============================
Try again, this time setting the dimensions to 500x500, see what happens with one sample.
This pic resized in advanced to 500x438 and those sizes entered into Insert box.
This is how the aggressor ended up:
Feed continuing. Only #3 and #4 involved now.
#4 decided to 'fire a laser' and half of it landed on Maya's tail!! See large white splodge!!
