Continued from April 2019
The season so far:
Mrs G arrived back 25 March and Aran on 1 April. They are currently incubating 3 eggs laid 13, 16 and 19 April with the first expected to hatch around 20 May.

I've just scrolled back to see the intruder. As you have said Polly, not very clear to get an ID. Aran flew off the nest to chase it away

Well captured Mary and so clear. Looks female and no question about ID - Left leg \ Blue JS5. Hopefully we get some more details.
Edit: Thanks Mary for the details so another 2017 bird. Great to see another of these 2yo safely returning.
About 30 minutes ago Aran brought a flapping fish to the nest, ate the head off it on the pole, then gave rest to Mrs. G.
WARNING - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH
Thanks for the warning Mary. I'll give it a miss considering trout is on the menu this weekend :-)
I thought the Darvic number 'rang a bell', JS5 was (twice) a visiting Juvenile to the Glaslyn nest in August 2017 - on a stop off during her first migration. Some pics (of many) that I'd taken at the time.
