I agree Patily - lovely captures Scylla

Still no eggs for Telyn. I thought she and Mrs G were more or less together on the egg laying

The temporary cam has been down "for some time". No link on the Channel for Live Stream :(

The last news I have come across was posted on their FB page 5 hours ago simply telling us quote

" still no sign of an egg this morning but lots of nesting activity so it shouldn't be long.  Is today the day?   Keep watching and we will let you know as soon as we see anything eggy! "

Keep watching -  but what??

I think they must be short-staffed because they've been very slow with status updates lately - unlike Dovey.

"Dovey", because almost everywhere it is only shown with the Welsh spelling, and some of us deprived Brits are misled as to pronunciation ;)  We hear dye-fee, diffy, all sorts.  So I'm going to call it Dovey for a while.

Pronounced Duvvy.

I love the word Dovey and one of the valued members of our group has lived on the 'Dovey' for many years and it is how he refers to the area always , so out of respect to him it is the Dovey to me :) the loveliest of men he is and can tell a osprey story or two or even three maybe :)

Both are quite acceptable. I stayed at Aberdovey many years before I knew of Dyfi ospreys!

As indicated by Janine, the live stream keeps dropping out.

I got Telyn eating a fish on the larch perch several minutes ago:

And this said it was Live!  Maybe they're going to leave it focused on this crucial spot and not disturb it, hoping against hope it will hold?

Telyn is in the nest cup - it looks very, very cosy.    

She appears to be getting every thing ready ...
