LM12 arrived on Friday 15 March, and his regular mate, LF15, on Saturday 23 March. Since then, we've seen them renewing their bond, with skydancing, mating, fish, mating, more fish, more mating, oh, and perfecting the nest. Going on their past performance from the 4 years they've been together, I reckon we can expect the first egg to be laid anytime from 4 April onwards. (Thanks to Chloe B and Tiger for this fabulous data-rich website)
Hope you are well set up now, LYNETTE, both nestily and spellingly ;-D xxx
Is the nest as sloping as it appears to us? I do worry about the babies tumbling off the front edge, and Laddie's efforts since he first came back to build it up have failed due to falling sticks.
(One does like to have lots of other worries besides the No1 Worry that is clutching at everyone's hearts.)
IMAGICAT
I feel the same scylla, I keep hoping they will build it up a bit. Of course it's maybe just the camera angle makes it look like that, I do hope so.
