Defo three different Osprey in the harbour this morning,  with Beaky on Middlebere platform, CJ7 on another platform and a mystery bird out over the Wareham Channel.

@alison_copland just called to say Beaky has just set off high SW. Going?

Thanks Korky and Wendy. I certainly am lucky. If you’d told me three years ago that I’d be out watching and filming ospreys regularly in my local area I’d have laughed. I went to Rutland in 2016 for an osprey fix. Then the translocation project started here in 2017 and the rest is history! Fabulous.

On my trusty Sony RX10 bridge camera, Jane. It’s got quite a good zoom.

Thank you Alison, I’ve been looking at the RX10 as an upgrade from my current bridge, very helpful to see it in action.
