I thought I'd start a new thread ready for this years relocation, which is year 3. Along with news of any sightings of the Translocated Ospreys from the first 2 years of the project
Carried on from last years thread HERE
Good news, Alison, and best wishes for your experience this year. Fingers crossed that this will be a less traumatic and more successful season than last year. Also, hoping we do not have a similar heat wave as last year. That must have played a large part in last year's results.
Well done Alison ,Thank you,I do hope the weather will be kinder for you, and will look forward to your input.
I have just signed up for nest-watching from March and chick-monitoring from July for my second volunteering season. I hope the weather is kinder to us this year than in 2018!
I hope the new nesting platform last longer than this one, the base rotted away and had to be removed.
