A bit of lucky fishing by 06... hooking the fish right through the tip of its tail.
You might ask how you know this is 06... well his darvic ring has been broken at some point, removing the bit that has the number, but on my other images his BTO ring number is visible and has been confirmed as 06 by Lloyd Park from the Rutland Osprey Project team. River Gwash Ospreys
and a lovely photo of Blue 06(09)m. He is beautifully white down his side!

At the end of the blog it says - quote
"And back to our Ospreys: could S1 be due back in the next week or so? Will 4K finally roll out of bed and make it to our shores? Stay tuned!"
Have I missed something? Is 30(05) home?
GE shows Yellow 30(05)f up until 21 March 2019 20.00hrs in France. She appears to have set off on 7 March 2019
2018 blog: 30 our tracked osprey is still in France, she is making great progress at this rate she should be back in the U.K. in the next couple of days. On the 28th of March (2018) she roosted near a small lake, so hopefully shes managing to catch plenty of fish to keep her going on the last leg of her migration.
Could this be the small lake she is at now?
2019 last point
Edit: no it's not. This year's point is further north and slightly further to the west
I had a new laptop last year (I think!!) and unfortunately I don't have 30's previous migrations on my GE.
