Our Moderator, Mrs T is sadly leaving us and the RSPB on the 8th of November.
Mrs T has been a Moderator on here for as long as I can remember, taking a keen interest in the Forum and often joining in.
Limpy. Clare and I had the pleasure of meeting her in June, 2014.
At times when emotions have run high she has been the consummate professional, stepping in quickly and positively. Personally I regard her as the 'Iron fist in a velvet glove'
Mary GK has kindly produced a card which says it all.
Birdies LG DU update.
Thank You, Mike for telling us about this, and to Mary GK for producing the really beautiful card. The sentiments are very apt.
Mrs T, we will miss you and your wise guidance. I hope that you will be very happy in your new situation, and will still pop in to see how the Community here is doing. Thank you so much for all your help over the years.
First, sincere thanks to MIKE and MARY for creating this farewell thread with lovely words and pictures.
Another era comes to an end, and the timing is perfect, given the imminent demise of our familiar forums. It's a shame you have to leave, MrsT, without ever having given me a slap on the wrist ~ you are one of the few! ;)
As Mike has said, "May life always have something beautiful and joyful to offer you", and I see that you are already set up with the most gorgeous dog to love.

Thank you for your kind words and lovely card! x C
I wish you much success in whatever adventure you are heading to now. I remember how well you handled all the many teething issues during the previous revamp and the handling of some of the weird trolls, I miss the wonderful quiz you devised to keep us entertained and educated. I still think of you when I see Brown lipped and other interesting snails.

Good Luck Claire, being a Mod is not always easy, but you have the wonderful capability of diffusing, situations before they quickly become out of hand and awkward.
You wil indeed be missed.
Thank you
Thank you Germain, still get very excited when I see one x
Thanks for your kind words SunnyKate2.
Missed writing a good luck Mrs.T but realise she has now left. Lovely card, Mike.

Hopefully Mrs T will appear in the future in her private capacity so will see your message Lynette.
She'll have a shock when she sees the upgrade
