Hallo all!
Hi all. Annette - last port of call was Barbados - we decided to do a tour called Farewell to Barbados - what a con - through the districts of Bridgetown, then to a boardwalk to see the ocean and coastline , then made our way inland to Sunbury House, an old plantation property for a tour and lunch. We were then taken to the airport and had to wait over 5 hours before we caught our plane home.
OH was cleared by the doctor before we went away re shingles. It was a fall he had whilst we were on our first tour in the Azores. Missed his footing and crashed against the coach stairwell and landed on the floor.
He went to see the doc on Monday and the earliest referral is not until the 16th Nov so he is getting our son to take him in tomorrow to see if he can get some sort of proper sling fitted and what he should or should not do yet. We don't know if he should be driving - only driven locally down to the shops.
OG - sounds as though you have been in pain but hope you are now feeling a little better. Do hope J's scan is good news.
Love the holiday photos, Lindy. Must post some of mine later.

Thanks for all your news.
We're still here at the moment! - A pretty pink sky here this morning.
Still here. Warming up to 23 C tomorrow, 30 by Sunday.
Cooling down here, AQ. But a mild 12 degrees today...... I may not wear a coat!
Up early; made the mistake of checking the headlines. :-(((
Assume you refer to CNN, ANNETTE!
ANNETTE - have just looked at the News and realise what you are probably referring to. Awful.
I see that it's happened near LA, Annette. Very sorry for those who've lost their lives, and their families. It looks as if there might be quite a few young people, which is very sad.
