HAPPY NEW WEEK!
I hope everyone has a wonderful, peaceful week -- the last week before the Autumn Equinox.
Instead of a picture, here are two short videos:I love THIS OWL. Unfortunately, I can make that same face when I'm angry about something important. Seriously. LOL! (Video is 10 seconds.)
Annette needs ONE OF THESE to help her harvest oranges from her tree. LOL! (Video is 1 minute 38 seconds.)
Take care, all.
Wild and windy all day but walks managed without getting wet.. just a bad hair day.
After a summer of our river being the lowest for many years it’s back to its mightiest best. Good for some of my neighbours who like us rely on spring water in our hill. Ours didn’t fail but about 3 houses had to go to family and friends as theirs dried up.
Hope all goes well tomorrow OG ...
WENDY - glad you're OK apart from hair :-) Son is coming up in October for some distillery visits etc. Don't know which ones yet. Hope he doesn't invite me to accompany him, sorry but the very smell of whisky makes me feel unwell!
He needs to come to mine .. well not really mine and I could go with him as never done an “official” tour :-)
All calm now and the sun is out.. typical.
I understand others sons sentiments about the submarine... my feelings towards lifts are the same.
I'll share a friend's post on FB if I can, WENDY. Is there a word for liftphobia?
Which is 'your' distillery, WENDY?
Terrification maybe Heather..
Cragganmore one of Diagios “ classics” or so their adverts portray it ..
I'll pass the distillery name on, WENDY!
OG: I'm glad that J returned safely, and I hope you all will stay safe until the storm is over. Sending protective energy to you. (Poor birds, it must be terrifying to not be able to control your flying.)
Best wishes to everyone in the UK who are coping with this storm (and maybe Florence remnants, too). I hope you all stay safe and have no damage to your property.
WENDY - I have just found out that my eldest son in law is arranging a couple of distillery tours when my son is up here. I thought that my son was just going as a 'purchaser'! Anyhow, son in law, says that Cragganmore is top of his list for the visits, near to Ballindalloch? I told him about you and your previous job ( am I right?) He says, why don't you join them? I think visits will be in October, 22 nd or 23rd
Totally up for that Heather PM me on FB nearer the time maybe..:-)
