Hi everyone, I've not been in much to the site today, on and off. It was thought that the youngest had fledged but this is in doubt and until it is confirmed by The Team we can assume that it hasn't yet.
There have certainly been some near takeoffs and helped by the wind, the youngest has jumped and "flown" across the nest but this is all. It has been the eldest getting bolder and the middle one taking on more flights. There's time yet.
Peaceful scene here with two young on the nest and the eldest probably on the cam post or way to the left at the edge,, don't really know where he is.
Happy viewing and we'll see what to day brings. Over to the night shift.

I saw exactly what happened, and it is EJ's own fault this time.
Odin brought in a fish and EJ flew in immediately to take it from him; which she did successfully as neither youngster was up yet to take it [they were both lying down.
However, EJ had flown in with yet another stick. So she had a fish ion one foot and a stupid stick in the other foot.
I could see it coming. She would have fallen off the nest if she had hung on to the fish. therefore to keep her dignity she let the fish go.
Didn't she look dejected as she cried into the camera?
And yes, no 1 is not on the nest.

No probs, Cirrus! Hope you had a good day.
Its quite dark now but I think its 2 at home and EJ
Cirrus and DJoan S what a wonderful capture and caption.
I did indeed have a great day thank you Daisy Ray. Lynette - Youngest is noshing a fish she pinched from EJ and Middle youngster is down right fed up about it but won't assert its rights. :(
I think I was wrong on my previous post. It think it is Titch with the fish and #2 food soliciting.
The eldest and Titch look so much alike , but It is highly unlikely that Titch is not on the nest
