Sunday 1st April
Mrs G returns just after 2pm (time to be confirmed)
Thursday 5th April
On two separate occasions, Rutland-born female, Blue 3J, and Scottish male, Blue HR7, visit the nest. HR7 was seen around Glaslyn last year, Mrs G seems comfortable with him and they later mate.
Later in the evening there is an unringed male osprey on the scene, who looks very much like Aran. When he lands on the Glaslyn nest with the remains of a fish there is no mantling and no attempt to share the fish with Mrs G
[This male is later confirmed to be Aran]

CATCHUP
The cam came back up to a fish on the nest and a juvie on the perch:
Flew off after 20 mins:
She returned as KS2 collected the fish:
I couldn't do anything about the sound, tried to amplify voice and reduce wind but it just distorted.
Nice silhouettes ;)
KS3's flyoff:
Needless to say, I can't ID this pair:
.
That's it for now, chaps :)))
IMAGICAT
KS3 to perch screeching:
KS3 still waiting (fairly) patiently, calling now 'n then:
The lovely close view of KS3 continues, but I'm trying to sort out my overflowing snapshots folder...
More insistent calling now... to nest...
Flouncing.
Back to perch.
More toing and froing nest/perch, then she flew off we know not where.
To be caught up after breakfast ;)
Thanks Scilla for all the catch up pictures and videos, it is good to still see an osprey, though probably not for much longer.
The two small brown birds in your 5.20pm catch up are most likely Spotted Flycatchers.

Thank you, Chrisy, I've never seen them before! Apparently they may accompany KS3 to Africa :)
Here's an indication of KS3's evening, sorry that I crashed without posting it:
Lotsa snaps, just in case ;)
Off in a blur:
(Got in a great muddle there and double posted some from the previous page, I think I've sorted it but... it's just too bad!)
04:24hr there was a bat flyby - not as interesting as the last one ;)
