Yesterday was another predictable day with EJ and GJ, except for no apparent fish for her at least in the morning. The day was almost single-handedly recorded by our MC, scylla, detracted from further only by the Wimbledon soccer (oops) loss for England. A miserable wet night on the nest. Another lovely shot of EJ.
Birdies LG DU update.
You can't have too many!
Preening
A bit further round
She doesn't need eyes in the back of her just, she just looks backwards instead
Back to preening
In between preens, she looks lovely

After a stretch, she has flown... to the camperch - heard, not seen. Cam still on dead treecam
Cam on the move...EJ had dropped to the nest

EJ looking beautiful :-)
Tiger and Chloe's Osprey Info
Oh how I've been looking forward to these close-ups!
Sharp eyed
getting resstless... up to campost
and from there she must have seen a stick out of place. She dropped back and moved it!
and surveying her domain, before flying again 10.56.... to...? cam pans... not the dead treecam....pans some more...Love Tree, nope...
Back to long view, from treecam. Mary raised this a couple of days ago, but does the tree with the bare top branches to the left of campost have a name? I thought perhaps the VC/Alison/Birdie might know
Hello CC and birdsong, you sneaked in! LOL CC! We have the World Cup (football) going on, and 'Engerland' was defeated in the semis last night. Life stood still for a while on English shores - I believe some Scots did support the team but it's tradition not to! LOL. Then of course there is Wimbledon. But I digress.

You can't be blamed, Sheila - I started this last night :o
Hi CC and BIRDSONG :)
Splurging on snaps - I haven't tried to edit out dupes of others' pics:
I couldn't choose which, so here are both:
She's got the spring in her step today :)
I'm off now for a while, SYAL :)
IMAGICAT
Yes, Sheila - I just managed to grab one screen shot! I only use the snipping tool so can't manage the lovely sequence of shots that you, Scylla, Limpy and others produce (for which I am very grateful).
