GJ was seen twice yesterday - once in the morning when he and EJ met on the nest, and again in the afternoon when he turned up to help defend ~vs~ a talented intruder (and maybe her skydancing partner?) White DP.
She's a strongly marked female but not nearly as distinctive as EJ:

EJ did a little housekeeping in the evening, just to show us that she had prevailed.
IMAGICAT
She's on the nest. Moving a stick.
She is right up on the rim now, looking out, no good for captures, and with a gentle flutter off she goes.
EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
She's flown, after lots of shaking the twiggy stick she brought in yesterday, then a look-out over the side.
I thought I would try You Tube to get her fly in, but its not available.
So its over to trusty Scylla for the fly in and pottering with the sticks. :-)
As above, mainly stick-shaking :)
Fly-in to campost:
Down from campost:
Perfect Scylla, all the action as it happened right here on the DU for all those who follow. :-) A perfect text book fly in to the camp post as well by EJ.
Nest still empty @ 06.26.....
No BC this morning, even Scylla while she is here, she isn't here LOL....
Will go for now but will check back again to see if EJ appears again.
Now we know where EJ is :-)
I was checking thru some other cams and didn't notice the time fly by! Good morning, MARY :-* and thank you for the report from AO.
EJ will be in a tree with her fish by now but I may not last long enough to see her when the VC gets going.
I will try and remember to check in around the time the VC opens to see if EJ is still eating her fish Scylla :-)
