Plenty of shenanigans yesterday, with mating heard and an intruder - not sure if we saw him or not, he may have been perched below the nest but that could have been GJ.

What a treat was in store for us late last night when a Pine Marten came and took an egg! And just now he took another, hooray!

Tasty enough then scylla!
The third egg has met the same fate!
Pine Marten is back, digging at the nestcup and exploring, popped to cam for a second.
He's marked the nestcup twice... now gone down over the side.
Great confusion here, as my pics have been shuffled again, and I can't see them well enough in the folder to sort them... so here are some in (nearly) random order.
Well captured (vids and pics) Scylla :)
These short nights are taking me by surprise!
DAYCAM 02:51hr:
Not nearly as windy as yesterday :)
I wonder where the residents were when all that thieving and vandalism was going on?!
Brightened view of eggless nest with 'soil' dug up:
Whoa, what a mess. I am kinda surprised the eggs didn't blow up in his face! Where were the residents indeed! Good night, all.
