Evening all and THANK YOU DIANE!
Was gone all day today. Hit all the stores (typically I'm zooming in and out); left no sales tag unturned. Came home with hose bib connection, new sheets, huge desk calendar for daughter, Sound of Music DVD for Ms. D and and metal hooks to put in pegboard so I can hang up some tools in the garage and a cheapy t-shirt for me.

Good morning, all! Limpy is very kindly accompanying me to the Walk for Parkinson's venue where he will hopefully spend a few chilled out hours snapping the local rooks and (hopefully!) buzzards.

Fine sunny day. S-i-l came to clean gutters and a few other tasks that OH cannot manage anymore. Family came too, for lunch. Luckily I had a large batch of sausage rolls in freezer, supplemented with party pies, spring rolls & salad. A regular Little People’s “game” is to take pieces of a puzzle, one they have outgrown, and one child hides the pieces around the house – under cushions, behind furniture, etc. The seeker gave up before all were found. OH & I are finding the more obvious. Next time I clean, I need to find the last 2 pieces. LOL
