Yesterday brought wind and rain but no fish, plus a blog from Chris at the VC revealing that we're all in the same boat - we do not know why GJ has become unforthcoming or what he does or where he goes.
Late evening, GJ popped in and out, "upsetting" EJ greatly:
Pandy favoured us with an insightful poem.
Last evening the cam started freezing, and after a down and an up it's been down since 00:32hr:

As I think I have mentioned before, the bald eagle people call it a "crop drop", so I imagine it must be to do with settling the contents... normally! However, EJ's crop doesn't have any contents :-/
Am off to the kitchen...
Can't see that this has been posted today, if it has I will delete it.
EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
Carnyx Wild seem to have had all sorts of problems on its webcams, not just the live Loch Garten Osprey Nest Webcam. But also the Goshawks in the New Forest and my local Gateshead Baltic Centre nesting Kittiwake’s as those 2 webcams have been off lots during this Spring and Summer period as well.
Regards,
Ian.
Have been watching EJ's patience and feathers, but now I must be off. Such great captures, Moffer. Thanks, Mary for the report---much as we thought but great to have confirmation. SYAL.
