Summary of the season so far:
Maya arrived back 12 March and Blue 33(11),on 14 March. The pair are currently incubating three eggs - #1 laid 28 March, #2 laid 31 March and #3 on 3 April.
Maya and 33 have incubated these eggs for 34 days now and in a few days we should see the first hatching of the season and another record broken!
Sheila, If you go back tomorrow, I wonder if you would ask someone if 1J is back this year, please (Telyn's brother). The people at the Gwash fish farm said at the end of April they had not seen him and he was such a regular fisher there last year. Has he ever had a nest and chicks? I understand they may not wish to publicise this information but you could swear you would not make it public, and then PM me please if they reveal any information! Sorry, probably too cheeky!
Kind regards, Ann

Birdies LG DU update.
Three active bobble heads up for breakfast.
Best I could get at this time of day.
Nice sunrise Mike :-)
Yes not the best time of the day to catch a feed, but you managed despite the light making the bobs in silhouette.
Maya is back incubating now.
EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
She looks as if she is fast asleep.....oe perhaps she just had her head inspecting the little ones Alert now.....and head down again
The main thing was Mary that I SAW all three heads bobbing. Lovely sight.
Three bobbleheads up for more food.
At 7.21 33 arrived with a huge, headless fish which I was not in a position to capture I saw movement under Maya but she hasn;t got up and 33 has left the fish and is fiddling around near Maya but now flown off
C ROP
Morning All, thanks for all the updates and captures.
Scene just now the same as Patily's capture above. What a massive fish! That should keep the family going all day.

I will ask Ann, but in all honesty I don't think I will be told. I did ask a couple of questions y'day, but only received a polite smile! I think we have to wait for their promised end of season round up.
