Summary of the season so far:
Maya arrived back 12 March and Blue 33(11),on 14 March. The pair are currently incubating three eggs - #1 laid 28 March, #2 laid 31 March and #3 on 3 April.
Maya and 33 have incubated these eggs for 34 days now and in a few days we should see the first hatching of the season and another record broken!
Sheila - I saw on the DU that you were going to Rutland today, but stupid me never made the connection. What a great day you chose for a visit and some on the spot reporting!
Nice to see the third chick has hatched, thanks for all the captures and posts.

33 arrives with the fish
Maya meantime remains on the chicks. She mustn't want to feed the chicks again just now so 33 flies off with it

Lucky you Sheila, it's a great place.
I have left the hide and heading to tonight's accommodation. I could well be back for a bit tomorrow. I left 33 on the fallen dead poplar with his fish.

Lovely captures of the feed Karen she's such a good mum.
Lovely shots Karen. I'm still getting the dreaded freezing. Hope for better luck in the morning.
Birdies LG DU update.
33 just flew off with the remnants of the fish, then Maya went for a fly around and has now returned.
33 is now back but Maya looks very sleepy.
Now she's woken up and is feeding the chicks
