Summary of the season so far:
Maya arrived back 12 March and Blue 33(11),on 14 March. The pair are currently incubating three eggs - #1 laid 28 March, #2 laid 31 March and #3 on 3 April.
Maya and 33 have incubated these eggs for 34 days now and in a few days we should see the first hatching of the season and another record broken!

Maya is now feeding herself as the three bobbleheads are snoozing in the sun after their breakfast.

Birdies LG DU update.
So much saddness elsewhere it is cheering to watch this nest Fingers tightly crossed that it stays that way
Maya has finished and is clearing up what looks like fish scales from a previous meal scattered over the nest Chicks look so snug in the cup Maya now gone for a fly
She is back
Maya has been off for a bath and now enjoying a preen while the chicks sleep

The two oldest chicks had a little disagreement just now.
As I popped back it looked like 33 had brought a stick and placed it too close to the chicks It has now been moved Then 33 was positioning himself to take the fish and had the end of it in the nestcup and finally flew off with it. Not sure Maya was happy about him taking the fish
