Up to now, the ID is unknown except that it seems to be a female, and the left legged blue ring looks like it says 08. Hypotheses abound. Left legged blue rings are Scotland, while right legged blue rings are English or Welsh. And sometimes there are duplications, and not all rings are recorded to be shared publicly, as the system involves volunteers and is not strictly organized.

Well I am glad I did not see EJ being disturbed during her fish supper, as its the part of Osprey watching I do not enjoy, but these are fierce raptors and EJ's nest will always be fought over.
I am sure LG will be grateful of having Scylla's videos to hand to get the details of the intruder, as I believe they do not record overnight.
Thank You Birdie for the link to that wonderful document you created of all the intruder's from last year, I didn't know it existed.
It is still snowing and the nest looks like it has a good covering on it now.

Was about to post the same snap, but from my VLC so's to get the proportions right - I see you've done it, but as a matter of interest (?) look what a mess my VLC settings are - it's all glary :'(
(And I'm having to upload to Imgur.com cos the dang Media box won't populate again!)
There is not much happening at the moment Scylla, but we know that can all change in an instant.
Hope you sort out your techie difficulties. I loaded VLC on to my Ipad, but have yet to get it to work despite adding the URL for LG.
One day I will check over the Tech thread to see instructions on how to use it.
Getting lighter. I don't know how that snow has managed to land on the nest as it is blowing horizontal at the moment. As it is at LA.
