YAY!!!!  That is brilliant news.  Gwynant was such a beautiful looking osprey.  A 2014 chick, it is wonderful that he has survived four years, and bodes well for his future.  Whether he returned two years ago we will never know.  Let's hope he doesn't have a nest and a mate of his own so far, and that he and 5F bond!!  Will we see Deri too?

Will be interesting to see and hear about Aran vs 3R-Gwynant....

Aran was flying differently flightpaths after catching fish earlier this week, straight over the VC... was Gwynant in the neighbourhood allready?

Oh the things that we will never know for sure.

And oh, if there could be two active nests so close together after all?!!

Sorry to be late with these, and to disrupt the timeline here. I still felt it worthwhile to see them both use this, posisbly in certains wind-directions? just a guess there.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if Gwynant and 5F made a pair?

Heard Mrs G shouting excitedly but when I looked in at the nest she was sitting quietly incubating so don't know what that was about

I cannot access the update on 5F on FB as keeps moving on to photos therefore unable to read the news.

Could someone please tell me what the post said about 5F's egg?
