Someone on the DYFI nest, cannot see if its BLUE24 as rain has dampened her feathers on head.

Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
I really hope both Monty and Glesni, wherever they are, fished well yesterday and are holed up somewhere drier!
My bet is on B24, why is she on the nest in this weather?...

[edit:] She did dissapear before the weather worsened though...
2016: first time in history an Osprey nested in the NL. 2018: 2 active nests! 2019 a storm interferes. 2020: a third active nest in a tree!
are we seeing snow on the hills/mountains? here too?
I think there is snow OM, and the river is now flooding the fields.
