At the moment it is an empty nest.
When I first looked I thought it was a small bird to the right of the nest, but its been static for a while so must be a bit of bark. :-)

Visited LOTL today and unfortunately the resident male has been kept busy with an intruder. I arrived early morning when he chased off the intruder swooping in above the nest. He was then away for a few hours keeping the intruder at bay towards the hills both showing in the sky in the distance.
There was a rest bite just after mid day when he came back to the nest for a rest and a bit of mating and sat for a while on his frustration nest. Then he was off chasing again.
LF15 Watching the action above the nest.
Some rest bite for LM12 for nest business.
Enjoyable day and pleased to meet some of the new placements who will be watching the nest overnight once the eggs are laid.
Up to Aberdeen for a couple of days so will drop in at Balgavies on the way up tomorrow.
Hello my fellow Ospreyholics
Thanks for all the updates etc. Absolutely bucketing down at LotL just. Glasgow Fair Fortnight weather ;-)

Good Morning all
I cannot get the webcam this morning, but that could be just me.
I do hope Laddie can get rid of this persistent intruder today.
I guess Lowes will issue a blog soon with how they see the situation.
I have got the nest OK and Lassie is on it with her back to us Hope Laddie has a less stressful day
Thank you for the morning updates. I have looked in a few times, and think the intruder still about going by their behaviour.

Lassie was alone on the nest then flew off but now she's back
Mating then Laddie leaves.
Those legs always make me laugh.
Cam zoomed in for a minute.
