RSPB have advised the live stream is to go live this weekend so it shouldn’t be too long now until we get our first glimpse of the nest.

Hopefully we’ll see the beautiful EJ return soon to her nest and long may she reign.
But until then, a thread to record all our observations until the ospreys arrive and the DU starts.
Scylla, I don't understand a word of the computer language but the camera is still working, it has been terribly pixelated in the last short while, I assumed as the Carnyx server took a hit after the arrival. Ian
Thought it was just me with that scylla

Not pixellated for me but the stream is halting just as it was last year before they had to "reduce the resolution" as a Youtube stream.
OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Very, very, very, very, very, very, very happy.)
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Just caught up with the posts. Great stuff. So you are pleased then Clare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Birdies LG DU update.
I am sooooo glad and happy that my prediction has been proven wrong. So good to see that EJ is back.
