Thought I'd give Diane a break this week. Sorry, no pretty pic, but here's a link - posted by Gardenbirder late Saturday - to a funny BBC page re the Wales earthquake: http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-43100524 :-))
PS - Well, I was getting on with chores, now the human dustbin aka Callum ('nana, I'm starving') has arrived - car polishing this time!
Morning Clare I am still here

How rude of me. Afternoon all
Good afternoon, LIMPY! I often forget my netiquette but we are all old friends here :-)
Hi Limpy. Hope you got a cup of tea before Clare left for Minsmere! LoL
Birdies LG DU update.
Hi Mike but of course, Clare knows how to kick start in the morning.
Got up at 6am to watch SpaceX launch from up the road, but again cancelled - this time until same time tomorrow due to high winds aloft.....
Heather: Do NOT give Callum any sausages to take home. :-)
ANNETTE- no sausages :-)
Been out on various errands, and whilst out collected a heavy armful of holiday brochures ("I like to see them printed on the page" says my OH.....) There certainly seem to be plenty of places we could go, but none appeal up to now <sigh>
Sis-in-law has had new fences put in around her small garden, and my OH has been down there to help tie up various clematis plants etc. which were growing up the old fence. She will now have a very pleasant sun trap to sit in, in summer. Let's hope we get a summer! I see the forecast for this week is for very very low temps to come yet, ugh.
I know,LINDY, you won't see anything that appeals until the feelings about the cancelled holiday ease off. Similar happened to me many years ago. Not a cruise, not a special celebration but still very disappointing because it was something that we were excited about.
