Earlier I posted the latest position for Blue LH0(17) 640 (from Clarach's first nest in 2017) who is still enjoying life in Heulva, Spain. I then realised it was still the 2017 thread. So I am reposting on this 2018 Aberfoyle thread. Or should Blue LH0(17) be on the Satellite Tracked Ospreys thread, rather than on the 2018 Season?
The link to the 2017 thread is here, and I will repeat some of Mary's start to that thread:
ABERFOYLE WEBCAM LINK - It operates between the hours of 09.30 am to 5.30 pm.

This is as good as I can get it. Pity we couldn't see the egg's!!!!! and how many.

A last pic before it shuts down for the night, its been sunny nearly all day so would have thought it would have dried out by now.
Another last pic! He seems to spend quite a bit of time on the nest with Clarach. I don't log in so regularly now but he's often there.

Some captures of a changeover. I'm not sure who's who.
The cam does seem a little better.

Clarach incubating, male arrives and mates with Clarach. At least one egg visible. Clarach departs and male starts incubating.
Male departs. Approx 30 seconds later Clarach arrives and resumes incubating. At least 2 eggs visible.
I went to the Lodge today (more to stop me dwelling on EJ's plight) but it was a bit of a wasted journey. Dry when we left but by the time we got to the Lodge it was raining and miserable. Got inside and it was showing the same view of the nest that we see streamed. I spoke to a nice chap and asked about the other webcam view, it was off line and he didn't have access to start it up. Anyway after a bit of waiting, a girl arrived who got the other view going on a second screen, but I am afraid my camera didn't really like taking photos from that screen. The girl said that the male had been very attentive to Clarach and was bringing her plenty of fish.
Anyway a couple of screen shots and a very short video of the visit. They said that they were hoping the IT guys could do something remotely with the camera, but also if the weather doesn't dry it out there isn't much else they can do.
What a wonderful video Mary, thank you.
Forgot to add Sandra, that despite them not updating the board, they confirmed Clarach was incubating two eggs. :-)
