Photos of UV taken today
Another interesting blog, jaydee, thank you. Ha ha ha, don't you just love the unpredictability of ospreys!
How interesting that a two year old from Meikleour has been seen. I was walking along the river there, having enjoyed a pub lunch back in May, and spotted an osprey flying between the banks. Magical!

Always special spotting an Osprey flying when you least expect it Sheila :-)

A big Thank You Jaydee for all the work you do in updating us about the Kielder Osprey Project, it goes from strength to strength each season, and long may it do so.
Forgive me if the extra links to each nest at the side of the blogs has been there a while, but I only noticed it reading the last two blogs, it is a most helpful tool to differentiate between each of the nests, so if you were responsible an extra thanks LOL.... Also the Timetline is a brilliant summary too, worth while to read it all over the winter season.
Long may Kielder continue to prosper and I think you and the staff there are the jewel in its crown. :-)

Can't believe I hadn't noticed them before Jaydee. I do usually read the blogs from the email notification, so maybe that was why I missed them. :-)
Well said MARY I totally agree I love reading, and imagining, all the nests at Kielder and I couldn't do that without JAYDEE'S wonderful stories Thank you for all your dedication JAYDEE
