Original Sign for Loch Garten

I have just been transferring my slides to digital images, and I came across this one, I remember going all them years ago, to the site just after the RSPB opened it to the public, I remember having to walk quite a way into the woods, to a small wooden shed, where there was a warden with a pair of binoculars, the nest was a long way off, but it was such a thrill seeing an osprey for the very first time.

Wow that is wonderful, and truly a part of LG and osprey history. Thank you so much for posting your picture. Was that late 50s? Have you visited regularly since then?

It was in the 50s the only other picture I got at the time was one of the Ospreys took off from a nearby tree, but the slide is a bit battered, but it was one of the pair,so glad they are of interest to you.
