Hi everyone, a mixed day, intruders about, lots of shouting and shrieking and mantling. EJ and the young ones saw them off though.
Not sure how many fish, I think 4 were delivered. All had something to eat eventually, Greedy guts (#1) hogged fish when it could but I suppose that is the norm. Middle and younges still haven't fledged but whethe they will in the next few days who knows as the weather forecast is pretty grim for this part of the country
Leave you with the bairns all close together, sleeping. Happy viewing, see you in the morning.

RSPB Giving Nature a Home
Was visiting LOTL site so missed a delivery . Family are eating and chunnering at the same time.
Well, I'm so glad Eldest kept his nose out of that ! It was gobbled up so quickly and I doubt EJ got any.
Fish is finished and they are still making a racket!

Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Great pics of the last delivery DJoan S and others, there's a lot of what sounds like bad tempered chunnering going on. EJ has had enough and has flown off, now its gone quiet.
I wonder if #2 and #3 will ever leave the nest, they are being too well fed where they are! Thanks for all the clips. I don't know how you find the time to do it. My vacuum cleaner has been sitting in the middle of this room for nearly 2 days. Every time

The mind is like a parachute, it doesn't work if it's not open.
quietwoman Chick #2 is only 54 days today and chick #3 a mere 50 days. They are not exactly old.
In 2008 Nethy and Deshar fledged on 57 days
in 2009 Rothes fledged on 54 days, Garten at 56 and Mallachie at 58 days.
