Precious little of EJ on the nest yesterday. Just the few glimpses from scylla's review from the very early morning circa 4 am. Yet also clear was the fact that someone else is still close by, and that EJ may still be mutually interested. :) While waiting for osprey to appear, Moffer noted that the coaltits have been eating the eggshells of the nest. :) [scylla's video]

Good morning, CC, scylla and Mike. See I can make it early more than once in a year!
So has the romance cooled then?

We are being kept in the dark, I don't know about you but I'm bursting with curiosity as to what EJ is up to and who, if anyone, she is with.
Unfortunately I roused myself at 2am after only a couple of hours' sleep, and now I can't keep my eyes open any longer, despite coffee. So I'll see y'all later :(
