What will today bring? We hope for a miracle, but steel ourselves for more sadness - shared sadness.

Not Odin and no fish (it was nest material he landed on).
EJ is being very calm, asking nicely for fish.
What a shame - when I was listening her voice sounded as tho she saw a fish on the way in :(

Unringed male still on the nest, biding his time.
Birdies LG DU update.
Theresa fish or something moving at 5oclock on the outer side of the nest

Morning. Thank you for the overnight reports. Scylla you put it so well when you talk about shared sadness. That is some comfort. I looked in this morning hoping for a miracle. You all know there wasn't. We must just follow nature taking its course.
Relaxed on one leg immediately :o
He picked up EJ's star-stick :o Nestorising-ish.
His markings are similar to Odin's but head-shape is wrong, but he does have a tiny tuft in a certain posture - not good enough tho.
Well she was quite comfortable with him. I don't believe she will get and accept just anybody as a chick lives.
