Well, EJ is sleeping behind her barricade, a pile of sticks on the near side of the nest that a gust of wind blew onto her all at once. [scylla's video] We did get spectacular views of EJ at Golden Light Time while she stretched her wings to fly off and back on the nest. Tomorrow marks the first day of Hatch Watch and now we aren't able to see into the nest cup! The hope is that Odin will come in and help sort it out or at least give EJ a break. Lmac has posted a report and her pics from her recent visit to LG.© RSPB - Loch Garten and Carnyx Wild Oops , she just got up for a shuffle and has now settled back in.
