Evening folks,
It was an action packed day yesterday with the eldest enjoying his new found freedom, unwanted visitors and EJ protecting the youngsters. The two left on the nest were practicing their wing flapping, hopefully one will fledge tomorrow if not both. Didn't see a lot of the action but recorded some.
All peaceful at present. Happy viewing to all in the early hours and see you in the morning, night, night.

Wasn't paying attention then. I think 1 went across and took over the fish and 3 is laying on 2, or maybe 3 still has his fish and 1 laying on 2...anyone else watching properly?
Terry in Cumbria
Oh, TerryM -thank you. Got it completely wrong :) I thought it was associated with all the racket on the nest just recently !

#3 is in the front eating. #1 is laying next to #2 . #1 is facing with it's head to the right.
I may be wrong but I think #2 is acting strange by not getting up to get the fish that is laying on the nest . The fish on the left that the eldest was eating.
Titch finished his fish !!
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
#2 finally got up and cautiously and slowly went to the fish on the nest all the while looking at #1 for approval to have some of it. . #1 laid downso #2 is now trying to eat some of it
EJ with nice sized fish (not a whopper) and an intruder
Middle juve is currently lying on the remaining fish that was already in the nest. Eldest ate the other one
Youngster has moved and fish is exposed on left of nest- is currently 'nestling' up to EJ no doubt hoping it is in pole position for a feed :)
Thanks Barbara Jean, take your eyes off them for a second and you have to work them all out again, and I'm not used to distinguishing them. Has one disappeared while I've been out of the room? No, that could be 3 osps lying low there while EJ still alarming.
EJ has returned to the nest and is shouting and mantling. Youngest and middle one are on the nest , not sure where the eldest is unless its hidden by EJ
