Evening folks,
It was an action packed day yesterday with the eldest enjoying his new found freedom, unwanted visitors and EJ protecting the youngsters. The two left on the nest were practicing their wing flapping, hopefully one will fledge tomorrow if not both. Didn't see a lot of the action but recorded some.
All peaceful at present. Happy viewing to all in the early hours and see you in the morning, night, night.

It appears big brother is showing off again and buzzing the nest. Poor #2 ducks or hits the deck when it flies over.
EJ just landed and eldest rushed to the nest so he doesn't miss out on a meal, Here is Odin with breakfast !!
What a racket!! They are all loudly calling for food while EJ starts to serve the fish.
Eldest is next to EJ along with #2. Both are being feed.
#3 is waiting in the background . Perhaps the food fight made him cautions of #1
CORRECTION; It is #2 in the background not eating. And # 1 & 3 are being fed by EJ . Aha Titch got the tail and is trying to eat it while Eldest looks on . Oh Oh #1 pinched it from Titch . Titch didn't put up a fight. Probably not worth a fight over just a tail of the fish . Now #1 left the tail on the nest and #2 took it
The wind has really picked up and it is raining.
EJ flew off . Now Eldest flew off. #2 still trying figure out how to eat the tail
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
poor #3 No breakfast this time
#2 is dangerously close to the edge of the nest on the right side. !!
If he leans forward you can just see his beak .
Just logged on, counted birds on nest - one, er and a bit. Someone is lurking on the far left. Eldest is missing - probably lording it over his lesser siblings again as I can hear noises above.
Hi everyone. Good morning, evening, afternoon, have a good sleep, quick, wake up there isn't a snooze button on a fire alarm is there? etc etc. Right I think that's all the world's time zones covered. Thanks for all the overnight and very early morning posts. Top quality as per usual. Two GEMs clearly visible on nest (after one was playing hide and seek for a while), with #1 probably on the camera post, trying out the family binoculars.Paul.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Odin arrived with a fish 08.29 ... grabbed by #1 I presume.

Missed that. Was that Odin with a fish delivery? Gives a piercing call. One GEM is mantling over something. Is that EJ flown into back of nest?
Thanks to all for overnight observations! Oldest feeding on Odin's fish ... other two standing around watching.
And now EJ has arrived. Looking imperious as ever.Odin comes in with a fish I think. Then both adults leave the nest.
Hi AQ - it was an Odin fish ... #1 flew down and took it!
EDIT - at least I think its #1 who has the fish!
