Evening folks,
It was an action packed day yesterday with the eldest enjoying his new found freedom, unwanted visitors and EJ protecting the youngsters. The two left on the nest were practicing their wing flapping, hopefully one will fledge tomorrow if not both. Didn't see a lot of the action but recorded some.
All peaceful at present. Happy viewing to all in the early hours and see you in the morning, night, night.

Looks like Middle juve has managed to get its head around Eldest and is soliciting food
Yes, DJoan - it actually did and close to EJ! was standing around for a number of seconds. Like a clutz I was too busy making sure it wasn't Odin and lost my window to take a snap . I should have snapped and then decided it wasn't Odin. It was quite different looking to any of them. I'm thinking of Nethy. Why did EJ allow it to land???
And now Middle youngster has allowed Eldest to lie down and so be in her way of a feed. Sigh
Or not :)
My heart is satisfied. EJ now feeding Middle youngster.
Youngest is satisfied and has made its way to foreground in front of camera
I saw intruder land but stills camera did not capture it
Great to see both youngest being fed.
OK< I missed the next sequence. EJ was feeding two chicks from the fish left in the nest. Eldest now on nest post and EJ still feeding.
I thought #2 may have wanted more to eat, but EJ is left to feed herself.
Right Brenda - Eldest took off from nest post, didn't he and is still 'out there somewhere' - am I right?
Hi, back again, managed to finish off what I was doing.
Looks like the intruder stayed around for awhile.
EJ is now finishing off the fish whilst the other two are taking in the scenery, probably watching the eldest wherever it may be.
