As CLARACH 2R(13) from the DYFI Osprey Project has settled on the FCS Aberfoyle's main nest for the last week or so, it is probably best that there be a dedicated thread for Aberfoyle.
ABERFOYLE WEBCAM LINK - It operates between the hours of 09.30 am to 5.30 pm.
THE LODGE AT FOREST VISITOR CENTRE - Facebook Page where you will find current information and also historic info on the project.
Some history of Clarach's return to Wales - CLICK ON THE PHOTO TO TAKE YOU TO the excellent blog about her return.
Lets hope Clarach settles here, lays eggs and generally has a successful season.

Agree Jane:-) There is so much for them to learn!
Another thing I have noticed is very little mating. Granted I wasn't watching a vast amount but anytime I have, I have seen no mating and none yesterday.
Yes, Mary - it was fantastic the way Aran kept looking over at the egg and eventually went over and rolled it back into the cup!
Tiger and Chloe's Osprey Info
Thank you so much Wendy and Karen for posts and pics. Stunning photos Mary , thank you. Good for the feisty chick but sorry about Davids's arm . Just, such a shame for the wee chicks not having a nice soft warm egg cup. Any eggcup come to think of it .
Sadly, I can't get the cam for some reason. Just says: Video file not found

Clarach settled down and incubating again.
Clarach's face seems to say it all - 'what were you worried about?'
She is up again and looking around.....

Thanks for the views Mary. Admired on Chat as well!
Birdies LG DU update.
The male has just arrived with a fish/piece for Clarach. Clarach takes it, moves to the back of the nest then flies off

I wonder and hope he will take a turn to incubate and give Clarach a good break to eat her fish
The fish/piece doesn't look that big but the male is wet underneath so I would think he went fishing not too long ago.
