As CLARACH 2R(13) from the DYFI Osprey Project has settled on the FCS Aberfoyle's main nest for the last week or so, it is probably best that there be a dedicated thread for Aberfoyle.
ABERFOYLE WEBCAM LINK - It operates between the hours of 09.30 am to 5.30 pm.
THE LODGE AT FOREST VISITOR CENTRE - Facebook Page where you will find current information and also historic info on the project.
Some history of Clarach's return to Wales - CLICK ON THE PHOTO TO TAKE YOU TO the excellent blog about her return.
Lets hope Clarach settles here, lays eggs and generally has a successful season.

When I looked at the nest, the male was there. No Clarach. His underneath is wet so perhaps a good sign that he brought Clarach a fish? Perhaps someone can confirm?
He is now incubating.
The male gets up as Clarach returns to the nest and she has a fish in her talons.
The males takes the fish, flies off with it and Clarach readies herself to incubate her egg

So good to see male has brought fish to Clarach and first time I've seen him incubating!
Sensible Clarach returns with remains of fish for her partner
Is this really mine?
A few more turns and stares, then Clarach settles down :-)

Just seen your post, Karen - someone on Dyfi chat reported that male brought in a 'lovely big fish'. Such good news.
The male has returned with the fish. Clarach takes it and eats on the nest

Cam due to go off soon but great to know the male is providing and Clarach has been fed.
Togetherness - no rush to sit on egg
OK we'll both sit here until camera goes off then

Thanks Birdsong for the confirmation. I missed the delivery.
The pair of the them are doing great - male providing, they're sharing fish and taking turns incubating. Looking good so far :-)
That all seems a bit odd and suggests Clarach not eating much. Photo looks like she has brought most of fish back. She will need to learn to take a break when it's offered. She get the hang if it.
How funny now birdsong and Karen post has just appeared to say male brought fish back. Off to restart everything but glad Clarach got a decent feed and break
cam up ... Clarach incubating in the morning sunshine
