Another day in paradise for EJ and Odin, including a couple fish for EJ, with teasing flybys by Odin just to keep his lady interested. A few of us had begun counting days until hatchage, estimated by Moffer at about May 16th. All quiet, no wind, and EJ tucked in for the night.© RSPB - Loch Garten and Carnyx Wild

Thank you Scylla. When I saw Odin I was hoping there had been a fish.

Odin shifted the big piece of bark out of EJ's way:
EJ tangled him up in her tail:
Nice underwing:

Thank you DUpdaters for all the posts, pics and videos.
I take it that EJ hasn't had a fish today then, oh well hopefully Odin will high tail it into Aviemore for A Fish Supper for EJ,
It is a pity it isn't Odin feeding me, I'd be as thin as a rake. LOL.... how lovely, the thin bit would be good but not the half fish bit. Ha Ha...

Looks like some nest material has been dumped onto the eggs.

Despite refreshing several times, I can't see my intruder post which has vid and snaps - so I'm posting this to see what happens.
EDIT - OK, it suddenly appeared.
Corvids heard near the nest.
EJ has been nodding
tending her eggs
and like now calling since Scylla's last post
Birdie Num Num's brilliant DU summary 2017
Here he is then, with a small stick, which he ignors in favour of the bark
I don't know why the song "So Macho" springs to mind
He tidies away his small stick
and gone.
