Yesterday was another day of corvid chasing and of a whole fish delivered to EJ after no fish the day before. EJ is on her two eggs. Perhaps a third tomorrow?© RSPB - Loch Garten and Carnyx Wild
A strange froggy sound just awakened her.

EJ's back with the fish
which Odin grabs
EJ tries to grab it back
Odin takes off with it, EJ still has her beak firmly on it too, and kicks the grassy clump
Birdie Num Num's brilliant DU summary 2017
EJ is back with the fish, which Odin grabs. Before he takes off she bites at it to retrieve it, but Odin flapped, she fell over, he took off with the fish. So I don't know how much she actually had to eat. EJ is back to incubating, and that dratted grassy clump has been pushed on the edge of the nest cup.

Odin's back. EJ's grabbed the fish back, lol
Odin has returned with the fish, and EJ has claimed it. Odin then flew, leaving EJ eating the fish on the nest
Fish is gone and EJ covers her eggs again
13.50 having gulped a lot down very quickly, she has returned to incubate. I am not sure how much fish is left (at 2 o'clock on the nest)
The grassy clod, before the tug of war over the fish, nicely out of the way by EJ on the nest rim - Moffer's pic
after the tug o'war, now on this side of the nest, on the rim of the egg cup
Edit: As I have checked back over the day, I found another pic, at 09.03, from Scylla's vid, showing the clod almost going over the edge at the back
Thanks to all for the pics and videos confirming the third egg. Watched for two hours, from 6.30 this morning, then had to go out! So grateful for all your dedication:)
Afternoon all, delighted at the news about the third egg. Well done to both parents. Thanks for all the continued updates that's keep us all in the know, when we are out and about or sleeping.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Odin is zooming around in the background, after the Crows again, darn pests.
