Poor EJ, contending with wind, corvids, and a mate intent on nestorising and bonking and making her wait until well past 4 o'clock for half a fish!
And to cap it all, in the evening the pesky piney brought her to the nest, where she still stands, on guard.
IMAGICAT
She's stirring:
Looking around:
She is not at rest!
I think I'm hearing rain. Some light crackles, anyway.
Stretch 'n poop, or vice versa.
I'm still hearing hints of rain, and EJ is still holding her vigil (she's used to it, after all):
Chirps made me look up:
Back again!
EJ just flew.

I think this is where the morning arrival and mating goes. Uncut.
Odin arrived, posed, moved a stick. EJ arrived, they mated, Odin has left and EJ is still on the nest.
I had a meltdown during this and posted on the wrong thread, so will proceed to insert snaps...
While it's quiet, here's almost the same view from VLC:
It promptly froze and had to be restarted :(
