Our dreads were confounded and our hopes fulfilled when EJ the Glorious arrived at Loch Garten yesterday afternoon - heard before seen, but soon appearing below the nest, eating a fish and pooping like the queen she is. (Thank you, Jess, for that last-minute check out of the viewing slit!)
Thank you, thank you, EJ :-*
All that remains for a perfect world is... dear Odin, haste ye home!
IMAGICAT
Could only just see her on the campost while she was still bent down:
Looks like she's on Odin watch. Hope he's not far behind her.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
She looks like she is posing for the camera..... but hey EJ we are over here ha ha.....

I'm going to take a break - see y'all later.
If only Odin would be here when I come back, it would more than compensate for the probable misalignment of the timeline due to the cam being refocused ;-)
Bi Scylla, I will be going shortly too....
Oh its so lovely to see our beautiful lady
She's still sitting calmly. I'm looking forward to the camera switching view so we can get a really good look at her.

Good morning all, and what a beautiful start to the day with the lovely lady herself on the nest, come on now Odin, your lady awaits. Well I have to leave for work now and will have to wait until evening until I catch up, no doubt there will be plenty of pages! Until then keep me posted, bye .
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Good morning all. It surely is a good morning with EJ at LG.
