Regarding other two ringed birds mentioned in my post, Roy Dennis kindly replied and:
CR6 is from Aberdeenshire and Roy has asked the ringer to email me further details. Here is a picture during the failed landing on the nest, with the female screaming.
The JU bird was already spotted (also mentioned in this forum) and Roy is waiting for the ringer to confirm details, including the ring colour. Roy thinks that it might be a yellow ring faded with time - and in this case I would lose my bet on that bird having name "White JU".

Thanks Jaydee, brilliant photos by Roberto. It is just a pity 8H hadn't arrived earlier at Balgavies she would have found a great partner in Green BF.

Roberto - I am just so pleased that you were there at that moment in time to photograph 8H and know the significance of her intruding there.
Good Luck with your next visit.
Roberto - Thank You for your fabulous photos and information regarding both birds. It will probably be Ian Francis who was the ringer for the Aberdeenshire bird CR6, and I am sure Ian will get back to you soon.
I always thought it was Yellow JU :-) that had faded....to look white :-) it will be interesting to see if the ringer gets back to you this time. JU has been sighted over a few years at Kinnordy, so it would seem that he must be breeding somewhere in the Angus area.
DARREN sent me more fabulous photos last night from Balgavies.
I love the ones of Green BF washing his talons in the loch.
So lovely this one of them both on the nest.
Another which shows off his Green ring perfectly.
Thanks again to Darren for sharing them.
Great shots Mary/Darren. I clicked on the last one to enlarge it and the ring is so clear as is the detail throughout.
Birdies LG DU update.
