Hi folks, its been a day of contrasts. Eldest has enjoyed his freedom by flying backwards and forward to the camera post and then landing on the nest. The other two have been doing exercising but as yet have not taken their maiden flights.
Only 2 fish late afternoon and then one very small one in the evening. They are keeping them lean and kean so to speak.
Two are asleep on the nest and the eldest is on the cam post, I think.
Happy viewing, see you in the morning.

Caught up now, thanks for the posts and pics. #3 made a perfect landing(that's the one at the back) and then went again only to come back because I think he saw mum coming. EJ now on the nest and whilst I was taking the shopping in from Asda, it looks like Odin has been in with a fish. Three feeding. Lot of chunnering going on
That didn't last long. Lots of wingercising going on and grumbles as well , as if to say, "were're still hungry mum and dad"
All three on the nest I can see you.
Another intruder alert and in fact it flew by, all three on the nest playing dead.
EJ is back on the nest but is not happy and is mantling again
She seems to be staying on the nest until the danger has passed, all three are still playing dead. She has now flown off.
13.00 hrs EJ arrives back ,followed by Odin with another fish. Looked decent size. All chicks on nest
Afternoon Lynette just back and logged in to see EJ fly off. that intruder has been persistent today, EJ was having trouble with it earlier. Pleased to see another fish so that makes 3 so far today. Perhaps EJ and Odin thought they had better bring more food for their youngsters today after making them wait for such a long time yesterday. Thanks for the pics.
