Not at all, this is probably the one Gary saw yesterday near the M6.
Was asking at my bird group just last night whether any Ospreys had been sighted yet. Then remembered this was the place to come and amazingly, yes, the first sightings over UK!
Will this be the year I see an Osprey over London?!!!
I live near the Lee Valley which provides a 27 mile long north/south feature which birds do seem to follow. Some osprey nests have been erected - you never know...

Fingers crossed, Birdsong! I'd love this to be the year a suitable pair discovers the nesting platforms at Abberton Reservoir.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
