4th and 5th had a spectacular passage of raptors at Gib including an osprey on both days
Wow--Scotland and North Yorkshire! Thanks, Alan, seems things are well on the way.
Kind regards, Ann
With its position, extension and many active birders, Germany is usually a good indicator of the migratory wave to the Baltic. This map from the local platform ornitho.de should update to show sightings in previous 15 days.
Two plots in Baden-Württemberg as I'm typing, but I expect the count to increase shortly. There was a report over the Danish border two weeks ago, but I'm aware that the validator asked the observer to provide further details and it was possibly an outlier.
Thanks Roberto. I have been checking the French migration watchpoints but nothing spotted there yet.
Alan. Just come in from Gary Jones (Wildlife Photographer)on Facebook
