Don't think my last post posted, so here it is again.
OK, well, Christmas dinner eaten and gifts given and received, so tomorrow we're going to relax and do Nothing!
Meanwhile, the very best wishes of the season to all the dear people on this thread, lurkers included.
EDIT; But now I see it did. Not sure it's me or the site that's not with it!
Here he is again:
Hi dibnlib: you snuck in! Surprised you've got any shops open - don't think there will be any around here, tomorrow.
Good afternoon, all. The sun has come out here so we're going to have some lunch and then head out with our cameras.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Oooo, goody - more pictures :)
We're tidying up, and I'm doing my nails as we're off to our Friends' for their big New Year Dinner - there will be ten of us this year!
Bonnie relaxing on Christmas Day:
A HAPPY NEW YEAR to All Those Down Under!! --
I've just seen the fireworks in Sydney...... very dramatic.
LINDY Hope you enjoy your dinner with friends. Love your funny duck!!!!. I have read that is the sort of gifts the Royals give each other, so you are in good company. I believe The Princess Royal gave the Queen a singing fish one year and it had pride of place on the piano.
OH is working over the bells 8pm- 2pm. He will be seeing the New Year in at one of the parties in town. Luckily the rain has stopped (Benson has been out for a walk) and is forecast to stay that way. I could go the the Ceilidh at the church but rather think I will stop in
I found the above on Facebook a few weeks ago and decided to save it for the right time. Hope it makes you laugh as much as I did.
How ever did you get a pic of me, as I am first thing in the morning?!
