Hi AQ!!
Good Morning Everyone. A rain shower overnight, but now the sun is shining and it looks a lovely start to the day.
AQ, Lovely to see your post. I am sure you welcome those cooler days in your yo-yo weather.
OG, Doesn't look as if your life has slowed down yet. Good to see that you are still enjoying meals out.
Linda, Have a good drive to see your Youngest and family.
BRENDA - same weather here - very bright. Meal yesterday was because former manager of OTB is the chef at the bistro. Both had Colcannon chicken - huge portions, so were pleased we didn't have a starter! J got home from his work social at midnight - we were asleep. Was a full day, as I had check-up and review with my GP and back later for blood tests. Decided not going to any of the many Christmas Fairs today and tomorrow, but we are going to the library this morning and will buy local weekly newspaper on the way home.
LINDA - have a magical day with the family - and good travelling.
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Lindybird and Annette - I think they are camels! But whether one hump or two cannot tell.
Pretty baby face has a look of Alpaca about it, but also the beginnings of a hump which would suggest Dromedary. However, the hump is quite forward for a single one - so may be the second hump on a Bactrian Camel comes later? All I can safely say is some sort of Camelid!
OG I haven't a clue what you are saying but it sounds good!
My kindle froze and I've just lost a post. Anyway, I was asking about your meal, OG and wondering if you would return to the bistro ?
Also hoping that LINDY is enjoying her time with the family plus puffy sausage rolls!
Not envying AQ the warm temps-
Thinking about MARGO.
Now to try posting this.
EE/OG: Camels!? Duh. I was busy looking at Mom's furry coat and it reminded me of my poncho. Missed the hump completely! :-)
Out and about most of the day, then we're off to friend's house this evening to help celebrate his birthday.
Enjoy your evening, ANNETTE!
Margo rang me this morning. She sounded more like herself, but she will be glad when Monday is over. She has still got to go for her blood tests on Monday morning and is not sure if she will have her transfusions on Tuesday, although she will see her consultant, because she broke the normal routine by having one unit on Friday.
Have a great evening, Annette.
I think Judge Rinder should be the one to leave Strictly this week. The remaining dancers are in a different class.
A lovely sunny day here, with a frost tonight.
